Pool Construction

Rest assured knowing your pool design and pool construction is carried out by fully qualified professional pool builders at Casino Pools and Spas. Casino Pools tailor their pool installation around your needs and requirements.
A typical pool installation will follow these steps.

  1. The design of your pool will accommodate the size of your property, your existing home, your preferred style, shape, size and depth, as well as any additional features including fountains, spas, filtration systems and tiles. All initial research and clearances are completed by our expert team, so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork.
  2. After careful analysis of the designated area, your pool is pegged out to the shape and position where it is to be located.
  3. The site is then excavated by our team of qualified excavators.
  4. Reinforcing steel is then placed by specialists steel fixers to engineer specification.
  5. The Building Certifier does the steel inspection, then concrete is sprayed to a minimum of 150, (6”) thickness.
  6. The concrete is then let to cure.
  7. During this time pool plumbing and installation of the pool filter will occur.
  8. Tile bands and copings are then completed.
  9. Upon installation of your pool fence and verified fence inspection, your selected interior finish is then applied to the concrete shell. Quality interiors include: Polished Pebble of Fully Tiled.
  10. Filling of pool, checking of filter and water quality, handover and instructions of operations of pool equipment are then finalised.

SPASA Insurance

Casino Pools and Spas are fully certified Pool Builders and qualified members of the SPASA. Before taking the plunge on a pool builder, make sure you are employing a member of the Swimming Pool And Spa Association (SPASA). SPASA members are obliged to offer watertight contract completion benefit insurance cover for the installation of pools & spas. This is available only through SPASA members and ensures that the pool or spa will be completed at the original contract price, if the builder due to unforeseen circumstances, not be able to complete the job.
