CONSTRUCTION:
Your pool is pegged out to the shape and position where your pool is to be located, then the excavation is done. Reinforcing steel is placed by specialists steel fixers to engineer specification. The Building Certifier does the steel inspection, then concrete is sprayed to a minimum of 150, (6”) thickness.
Concrete is let to cure
During this time pool plumbing and installation of filter will occur. Tile bands and copings are then done.
Upon completion of your pool fence and fence inspection your selected interior finish is then applied to the concrete shell. Quality interiors include: Polished Pebble of Fully Tiled. Filling of pool, handover and instructions of operations of pool equipment is then finalized
INSURANCE:
BEFORE taking the plunge on a pool builder, make sure he is a member of the Swimming Pool And Spa Association (SPASA)
SPASA members are obliged to offer watertight contract completion benefit insurance cover for the installation of pools & spas. This is available only through SPASA members and ensures that the pool or spa will be completed at the original contract price, should the builder become bankrupt, die or disappear
